Greg Cahn

With hands on both ends of the creative and strategic vision for Basiq Culture, Greg has spent the last 15 years perfecting the art of wearing multiple hats in the music business. Most recently, as the Head of Music at Thinkfactory Media, he’s created catchy theme songs and music supervised popular film and television shows on a variety of networks. He is a two-time Guild of Music Supervisors Nominee. Greg has performed on stages and music festivals around the world from Lightning in a Bottle to Necker Island. When he’s not running around the stage or studio, Greg enjoys adventuring around California, rooting for his hometown Cleveland teams, and being a dad to his daughter, Maya.

Lonnie Sill

Lonnie oversees developing strategy, implementing key initiatives and managing client relationships, music licensing, publishing and music assets. With a background in music supervision, he is a diverse creative executive in all areas of production for film and TV media content and music soundtracks. In various capacities, Lonnie has produced music for popular films, TV shows and soundtracks for Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, and Columbia Pictures, Cherry Lane Music Publishing, Windswept Pacific and Universal Music. Many high profile filmmakers have relied on Sill to find, create and deliver music that is compelling and on budget. When not jumping through production hoops he enjoys hanging out with his wife and kids, hiking, cycling, attending concerts, films, and traveling.

Ozzy Doniz

Ozzy composes and produces music for a variety of content including film and television score, promotional media, remixes and advertisements. With a studio engineer and music production background, Ozzy has worked with artists such as Linda Perry, Robben Ford, Draco Rosa and has created music for clients including Lionsgate, HBO, Universal Pictures, Sony, History Channel, Lifetime, TLC among others. Ozzy’s goal is to get inside the clients head to help build the bridge between the idea/concept and final product. When he is not cooking in the studio, he can be seen riding a motorcycle around Los Angeles.
